Family photo time-capsule challenge: each participant shares one permissioned portrait plus one short memory in the private family chat. Rhythm: Day 1 — a favorite old snapshot; Day 2 — one portrait from today; Day 3 — the place everyone would meet again. Participants: the close family, including the person who is usually behind the camera. Theme: the rooms, objects, recipes, and small routines that feel like home. End with one new AI-generated family portrait inspired by the shared theme, then review it together. Keep the memories private unless contributors explicitly agree to broader use, and disclose the final portrait as AI-generated.

Do family members need the same app?

No. The challenge plan and group-chat message work as a normal webpage. Only the organizer needs to decide how the final portrait is created.

Does this tool store our memories?

No. It stores only broad challenge choices in the URL. Keep personal stories and photos in a private space you control.
