FAMILY PHOTO CALL SHEET

Wedding family photo list

10 groups · 28–40 min
1 Name one helper from each family 2 Keep the next group beside the camera

This is a planning estimate, not a promise. Add transition time for large groups, accessibility needs, young children, or a long walk between ceremony and portrait locations.

    Keep the wedding gallery honest.
    Create a separate keepsake later.

TogetherLens can compose two to five people from individual portraits into a new scene. It does not alter the documentary original—share the result as an AI-created image.

A short list beats a beautiful list nobody follows.

    01

    Start with grandparents and children.

They usually benefit most from finishing early. Seat anyone who needs support before arranging the rest of the group.

    02

    Work from large to small.

Photograph the full family first, then release people as you move through each immediate-family combination.

    03

    Give two helpers the list.

The photographer watches the frame. A relative from each side finds the people and keeps the next group ready.

    04

    Protect ten quiet minutes.

Do not let family formals replace the couple’s portrait time. Move optional friend groups to the reception if needed.

A wedding family photo list template that respects the people in it.

Start with the groups that matter most, then use the builder above to remove what does not fit your day. The final list is more useful when every person knows where they need to be and when they are free to go.

    Keep the logistics simple.

How many family photo groups should we plan?

Eight to twelve groups usually cover immediate family without consuming the full cocktail hour. Add extended groups only when they matter enough to justify the transition time.

    How long should we allow?

Plan about two to three minutes per group plus setup. The builder gives a range, but children, large groups, mobility needs, and missing relatives can extend it.

    Who gets the final list?

Send it to the photographer and one reliable helper from each family. Avoid asking the couple or photographer to find every relative.

How should we handle divorced parents in the photo list?

Ask each person what feels comfortable before the wedding and make separate, plainly labeled groups. Add a combined group only when everyone agrees, then give the photographer and helpers the finalized order in advance.

Can we print this as a wedding family photo list template?

Yes. Choose the groups, build the list, then use Print / Save PDF to keep a printable copy for the photographer and family helpers.

    Are the labels uploaded?

No. The builder runs locally. Partner labels are used only to render, copy, share, or print the list on this device and are not placed in the URL.

What if someone misses the wedding?

Keep the documentary gallery accurate. With everyone’s permission, you can later create a separate, clearly disclosed TogetherLens keepsake from individual portraits.
